Our dishes

Our mission is to make the most of local raw materials by ensuring our customers the best fresh fish.
Our menu is not a la carte, but varies according to the season and the catch of the day.
The products used for the preparation of the dishes come from local fishermen’s nets and vegetable gardens in the hinterland countryside, a way to grow not only our business but also the area around us.

Trabocco Punta Fornace

An ancient fishing machine that sinks its poles between rock and sand, stationary among the winter waves and warmed by the summer sun. From the platform jutting out into the sea, long and slender beams start to support the large fishing net. Crossed beams, iron wires and nets create a unique architecture, at first sight casual but with more attention you perceive the perfection and adaptation of what nature offers, transforming it as little as possible.
